You need to register with Gapph and upload several documents via your personal account before you can be allocated accommodation and sign the tenancy contracts. The sooner you do this, the greater your chances of being placed on your preferred campus.

Guarentor who will stand surety for the entire tenancy period. He or she will be contacted if you can no longer pay your rent or if your accommodation is damaged and you do not have the money to repair the damage. The Letter of guarantee is required to provide financial support in such cases. The surety guarantees payment in all cases in which you need financial support. For example if:

• you can no longer pay the rent;
• your accommodation is damaged and you do not have the money to repair the damage;
• bailiff’s and collection costs are due.
